Our administrative and research support costs are at lower rates. We calculate these based on our clients' requirements and agree a full schedule before signing contracts. We include all Ergo project expenses either in our day rate or we explicitly agree these in advance. Ergo always presents a detailed workplan with full costings before starting work.
Ergo never charges additional expenses to the client without written agreement in advance.
